If you want your brand to be successful, you don’t just need people to recognize it or even like it, you need them to fall head and shoulders in love with it, and here are some simple things that can help you do that.
Write your own story
You can’t fall in love with a logo and a strapline alone, so if you want to capture the hearts of your customer, you need to create a whole story around your brand, how it came to fruition, what it aims to do and why you do what you do. Make sure it fits not only with your authentic aims, but also that it appeals to your target audience, and you will be right on track.
Be authentic
Most people can smell a phony at 100 paces, so the last thing you want to do is be fake when you’re trying to build a strong brand. Whether you’re writing web copy, posting on social media, or doing an interview on Reddit, you need to ensure that you’re totally authentic. You also need to ensure that your products and services are completely authentic, in that they are things you totally believe in too.

Basically, whatever you promise your customers, you should follow through on, and where possible go above and beyond their expectations too.

Now that we have numerous social media platforms available to us, there is no reason for your brand not to engage with customers on social media, and if you want them to love you, then that is something you really should do. Get on social media and start conversations, be cute, fun, and flirty (as a company) run contests, make them laugh or think, and keep them hanging in your every word if you want them to truly love your brand.
Offer quality
Of course, at the end of the day, customers aren’t going to fall in love with your brand, no matter what you do, unless you offer a truly quality product. Inferior quality will leave them feeling shafted, so be sure to source the best products you can if you want your brand to have an excellent reputation within your niche.
