With the extra time on your hands, you can make your own homemade Butter Beer right in your own kitchen! With this simple recipe, you can bring the Harry Potter World to life again. All you need is 2/3 scoops of vanilla ice cream, a melted bag of butterscotch chips, a dash of vanilla extract, your favorite brand of cream soda, and some whipped cream to top off this potion of deliciousness. Just add ice and blend away. This refreshing treat is perfect for the summer months when you're lounging by the pool or binge-watching the entire series of Harry Potter.
