Stephanie Powell

An innovative, communications professional and founder of FENIRPR, Stephanie has experience creating and executing multifaceted Public Relations campaigns for clients in the fields of entertainment, non-profit, lifestyle, and tech.She began her career in 2013 working at NPR and shortly after pivoted to Public Relations full time. Dedicated to crafting authentic stories, Stephanie has garnered national and local press for her clients. As a public speaker she has traveled to higher education institutions such as New York University & Rutgers University, to speak on the civil rights issue that is mass incarceration.

Jamé Jackson

Jamé Jackson is a fashion and beauty editor, media personality, cultural storyteller and entrepreneur. Her work has been featured at some of the world’s leading media outlets, including BuzzFeed, Yahoo, Business of Fashion, Refinery29, StyleCaster, Teen Vogue, and more. In 2016, she was named one of Google’s “Women to Watch,” and in 2017, her work on empowering voices of marginalized communities in fashion and beauty earned her international recognition through the Allure x CoverGirl Incubator program. Off the page, Jamé has also been featured on The Today Show, BuzzFeed News’ AM2DM, and moderated the stages of SxSW, CurlFest, and BoxyCharm, among others.

She is also the founder of TheBlondeMisfit.com, an online publication focused on promoting diversity and inclusivity in the fashion and beauty industry. As of 2019, TheBlondeMisfit.com is ranked in the top 100 fashion and top 100 beauty sites on the web. Her biggest passion is inspiring others to find their God-given purpose and to liberate others while celebrating their unique identity through it.

Jasmine C. Green

Jasmine C. Green, a model consultant, diversity advocate and beauty influencer, is destined to shake up the fashion industry. With over 13 years in the model and fashion industry, Jasmine has seen it all–the good and the bad. Finding herself in many bad situations and excluded from opportunities because of “beauty standards”, Jasmine decided she would bridge the gap between models of all shapes and sizes, and mainstream brands. She has curated and collaborated with a number of print, collaborations, and commercial projects for her models with well-known brands such as the popular Downtown Locker Room (DTLR), Munaluchi Bride, New York Fashion Week, Blk + Grn and Baltimore Style Magazine.

Cierra Jaye’

Cierra Jaye’ is the CEO and Designer of ‘Thrilla Seven’, a contemporary Couture and Ready-to-Wear apparel company catering to Women sizes 00-26/28. With a love for color and daring femininity, she incorporates sleek and timeless styles and textures that can compliment every physique.

Valese Jones

Valese Jones is from Birmingham, AL. A graduate of the University of Alabama, she holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism. During her undergraduate tenure, Valese was able to acquire several internships for reputable companies, such as Cumulus Media and Alabama Public Radio. She also served as the Vice President and Event Coordinator of the Capstone Association of Black Journalists, a branch of the National Association of Black Journalists. She has worked in marketing and media for Freedom PowerSports, Hair Traffic, Clay Cooley Auto Group, and DexYP.

After three years of working in in Dallas, TX, Valese was able to hone her skills and recognize that small business owners and brands lack education to market their businesses effectively. Based on this fact, she has decided to step out on faith and offer her marketing services to small business owners who require assistance reaching a specific audience, as well as help maintain their existing clients.
